purpose
The membrane box pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the corrosive effect on copper alloys, with no explosion hazard or micro pressure and negative pressure. Widely used in equipment such as boiler ventilation and gas pipelines, this instrument can be installed and indicated on site.
The YE-75 bellows pressure gauge has the characteristics of small volume.
structural principle
The instrument consists of a measuring system (including flange joints, corrugated diaphragms), a transmission mechanism (including connecting rods, gear rotation mechanisms), indicator components (pointers and dials), and a housing (including a case and lining, glass).
The principle of operation of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the free end of the corrugated film box under the pressure of the measured medium, which is then amplified by the transmission mechanism of the lever gear, and the measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear.
